First and foremost Paradise Catering creates great food using the freshest ingredients
available. We grow most of the vegetables that we use on our 1-acre farm in Carmel Valley.
We aren’t organic because of trend; it is our nature. When we can’t use our own,
we support local farmers in the Carmel area; always selecting based on season, using
vegetables when they are at their best most tasty selves. We have been preparing food in
this manner for over 22 years; our clients love it and we love seeing them happy.
