We begin with Several Bird of Paradise Specialty Hors d' Oeuvres
For an Appetizer, you might consider
a Pail with Rice & a Pot Sticker, or Oyster "Shooters". Skewers of Grilled
Meats and Seafood & Vegetable Brochettes Hot Off The Grill! Or How about a Martini
Glass of Chicken Salad?
We can offer you Soups such as
Cappucino of Mushrooms or Gazpacho "Shooters".
For a Salad, imagine a Coconut Half
filled with Asian Salad or a Pall filled with Asian Noodles and Dim Sum.
Entrees are imaginative and varied:
Portobello "Burgers" on Herb Buns with lovely condiments, Lamb Riblets are a
natural, served with Baby Rosemary Potatoes, Or how about a Martini Glass filled with
Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Beef Filet Bites?
For Dessert you might choose
Chocolate Fondue with Strawberries and Pound Cake to Dip, or Creme Brulee in individual
Ramekins.
