The Interactive, "Hands-On" Dinner

Fun, Different, and Educational... A Great Team-Building Activity!

Guests pitch in and cook their own meal, learning alongside the chefs - cooking, plating, garnishing, even serving!
The hour prior to meal-time, the group is split into teams to prepare:
Hors d' Oeuvres, Fish Course, Salad & Bread, Grilled Entree and Spectacular Dessert.

-Chef's Selection of Fun Hors d' Oeuvres
-Appetizer: Grilled Petite Salmon Filet with Julienne Leeks & Tarragon Beure Blanc Sauce
-Winter Salad with Pears, Arugula, Caramelized Pecans & Raspberry Vinaigrette
-Rack of Lamb with Toasted Almond Mint Sauce Roasted Potatoes and Seasonal Fresh Vegetables
-Berry Fantasy - A Painting on a Plate!

At Bird of Paradise, we're more than caterers, we have the souls of artists! We LOVE FOOD! Allow us to make your company dinner an event that will be discussed over the water cooler for months to come. At a recent "interactive" event we taught a group how to make sushi!
